Prefer to enjoy your coffee out on our pebbled patio, next to the laurel bush or would you rather go for a traditional herb infusion from the Rhodian mountains, seasoned with cinnamon and clover? How about some warm, traditional homemade bread, locally made cheese (manuri, mizithra, feta) and olives? And to top it all off, yogurt sprinkled with pure honey, homemade jam and pastry, with some fresh fruit.

To offer the purest of taste and to support the local community, we use only the freshest local products on offer from the surrounding villages.

Prepare and enjoy the delicious marmalade we offer at our breakfast buffet.

Orange Marmalade with Mastic

Ingredients
1 kg of oranges
1 1/2 kg sugar
3/4 kg of water
the juice of two lemons
finely ground mastic

Preparation
Cut orange zest into small pieces. Place in water for 3-4 hours to make less bitter. Put all ingredients together and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Reduce heat and cook over low heat for half an hour, stirring periodically. (Note: it may require more than half an hour in some cases). Remove from heat. Let cool.
